Overview of the Financial Aid Administration Feature

The Financial Aid Administration feature allows financial aid personnel to see financial aid awards or missing/received documents for a selected student. This feature accesses information from the Course Authorizations, Financial Aid Awards, and Financial Aid Document Tracking features. The alerts functionality is only available if the Financial Aid Document Tracking feature is accessed through the Financial Aid Administration feature and the Can Send Alerts permission is granted to the logged-in user.

You can either enter a student ID or search for a student (click on the Advanced Name Search link to access the Student Name Search page). Once you've selected a student, you can access information from the Financial Aid Awards feature or the Financial Aid Document Tracking feature to see missing/received documents.
